OLD ANTARCTIC EXPLORERS ASSOCIATION SEEKING OAEs
What started as a solicitation for a common name to group all the veterans
of Operation Deep Freeze service in Antarctica resulted in the establishment
of the Old Antarctic Explorers Association (OAEA). This association, whose
membership is comprised primarily of men and women (OAEs) that were part of
the military contingents of Operation Deep Freeze, was established to
achieve and perpetuate national recognition for the "Courage, Sacrifice, and
Devotion" that OAEs have demonstrated over the last 45 years.
The OAEA is soliciting membership and persons that served in Operation Deep
Freeze are invited to join. Contact with the OAEA can be made through
penguin64@worldnet.att.net
or to
the webmaster of this webpage.
